RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT AMENDMENT BY THE
CITY MANAGER RECEIVED FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
STATE HEALTH SERVICES FOR THE WOMEN, INFANTS, AND
CHILDREN PROGRAM TO INCREASE THE REIMBURSEMENT RATE
TO $12.08 PER PARTICIPANT SERVED, RESULTING IN AN
ADDITIONAL $6,750 IN PROGRAM INCOME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council ratifies the execution of a grant amendment by the City
Manager received from the Texas Department of State Health Services for the Women,
Infants, and Children Program to increase the reimbursement rate to $12.08 per
participant served, resulting in an additional $6,750 in program income..
