AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF THE CORPUS CHRISTI-NUECES
COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DISTRICT TO EXECUTE INTERLOCAL
COOPERATION AGREEMENTS WITH LOCAL INDEPENDENT
SCHOOL DISTRICTS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TACTICAL
PLANS FOR RESPONDING TO AN ACT OF BIOTERRORISM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Director of the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District is
authorized to execute interlocal cooperation agreements with independent school
districts located within Nueces County for the implementation of tactical plans for
responding to an act of bioterrorism.
