RATIFYING THE CITY MANAGER'S EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS NECESSARY
TO ACCEPT A WEED AND SEED GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $157,000 FOR
CORPUS CHRISTI SOUTH EAST (FLOUR BLUFF) WEED AND SEED COMMUNITY
FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE WEED AND SEED PROGRAM FROM THE U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Council ratifies the City Manager's execution of documents
necessary to accept a Weed and Seed grant in the amount of $157,000 grant from the
U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, for support of the Corpus Christi
South East Weed and Seed Community (Flour Bluff).
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
