AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT
A GRANT OF $25,000 FROM THE COASTAL BEND COUNCIL OF
GOVERNMENTS AND TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
TO PROVIDE RECYCLING AND ANTI -LITTER EDUCATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept a grant of
$25,000 from the Coastal Bend Council of Governments and to execute an interlocal
cooperation agreement to provide recycling and anti -litter education.
