AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS A&M
UNIVERSITY- CORPUS CHRISTI IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,634.00 FOR THE
BROWNFIELDS GIS DATA PROJECT WHICH IS FUNDED BY U.S.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY GRANTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement with Texas A&M University -- Corpus Christi in the amount of
$14,634.00 for the Brownfields GIS Data Project which is funded by U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency Grants. A copy of the agreement is on file in the Office of the City Secretary.
SECTION 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to make editorial and non -
substantive modifications and execute amendments to the Interlocal cooperation agreement
without further approval of the City Council that do not require the appropriation of additional
funds or exceed the City Manager's authority to amend contracts, including, but not limited to,
time extensions, modifications to schedule and modifications to scope of work or services.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
