AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
WITH CALALLEN INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR USE
AND ACCESS OF DISTRICT FACILITIES AS SHELTERS OF
LAST RESORT IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY OR HURRICANE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with CalaIlen Independent School District for use and
access of District facilities as shelters of last resort in case of an emergency or
hurricane.
