AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
WITH WEST OSO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR USE
OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS DURING EMERGENCY OR
HURRICANE AS SHELTER OF LAST RESORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with West Oso Independent School District for use of
school buildings during emergency or hurricane as shelter of last resort.
