On October 26, 2010 the city council approved Ordinance No. 028825
approving the issuance of Texas Utility System Revenue Refunding Bonds,
Series 2010.
On May 31, 2011, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 029086
rescinding, canceling, and terminating the Ordinance previously adopted on
October 26, 2010 by the city council authorizing the issuance of the City of
Corpus Christi, Texas Utility System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2010"
and providing an effective date.
