AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE THE FY 2010 SUB -RECIPIENT AGREEMENT (SRA) AND
ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $317,419.00 WITH
THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, TEXAS HOMELAND
SECURITY -- STATE ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY (TXHLS-SAA) FOR
FY 2010 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM (HSGP),
METROPOLITAN MEDICAL RESPONSE SYSTEM (MMRS); AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
ACCEPT, REJECT, ALTER, OR TERMINATE THE GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute the 2010
Sub -Recipient agreement and all related documents in the amount of $317,419.00 with
the Texas Department of Public Safety for FY 2010 Homeland Security Grant Program
(HSGP), Metropolitan Medical Response System (MMRS).
SECTION 2. In the event of the loss or misuse of these funds, the City of Corpus
Christi assures that the funds will be returned, in full, to the Texas Department of Public
Safety, Texas Homeland Security -- State Administrative Agency (TXHLS-SAA).
