A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT A $208,000
GRANT FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE CHILD
AND ADULT CARE FOOD PROGRAM TO PROVIDE AFTER SCHOOL
SNACKS TO YOUTH ENROLLED IN AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
FOR FY 2010-2011.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept a $208,000 grant from the Texas Department of Agriculture Child
and Adult Food Care Program to provide after school snacks to youth enrolled in after
school programs for FY 2010-2011.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
