AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT A $261,752 GRANT
AWARDED BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF AGING AND
DISABILITY SERVICES FOR THE FY 2011 SENIOR COMMUNITY
SERVICES, TITLE XX MEALS ON WHEELS PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept a $261,752 grant awarded by the Texas Department of Aging and
Disability Services for the FY 2011 Senior Community Services, Title XX Meals on
Wheels Program.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas,
on the day of November, 2010.
