A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT A $128,093 GRANT
AWARDED BY THE AREA AGENCY ON AGING OF THE COASTAL
BEND FOR THE FY 2011 SENIOR COMMUNITY SERVICES, ELDERLY
NUTRITION PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept a $128,093 grant awarded by the Area Agency on Aging of the
Coastal Bend for the FY 2011 Senior Community Services, Elderly Nutrition Program.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
