RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF
CONROE, TEXAS, TO ALLOW THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI TO
SECURE A FALSE ALARM MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
COMPETITIVELY PROCURED BY THE CITY OF CONROE.
WHEREAS, the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and the City of Conroe, Texas, desire to
enter into an Interlocal Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Texas
Interlocal Cooperation Act (Chapter 791, TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE) to allow the City of
Corpus Christi to secure a false alarm management program competitively procured by
the City of Conroe;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an
Interlocal Agreement with the City of Conroe, Texas, to allow the City of Corpus Christi
to secure a false alarm management program competitively procured by the City of
Conroe.
