A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT A
$64,697.68 GRANT AWARDED BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
AGRICULTURE TEXANS FEEDING TEXANS PROGRAM FOR THE FY
2011 SENIOR COMMUNITY SERVICES, ELDERLY NUTRITION
PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to accept a Grant
awarded by the Texas Department of Agriculture Texans Feeding Texans Program for
the FY 2011 Senior Community Services, Elderly Nutrition Program, and to execute all
related documents.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
