RESOLUTION
AMENDING THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND CUSTODIAL
AGREEMENTS WITH VALIC RETIREMENT SERVICES COMPANY
AND AIG FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK FOR SERVICES WITH RESPECT
TO THE DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN FOR SWORN POLICE
OFFICERS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION 024321 TO EXTEND THE
CURRENT RENEWAL TERM OF THE AGREEMENTS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Service Provider and Custodial Agreements with Valic
Retirement Services Company and AIG Federal Savings Bank for services with respect
to the Deferred Compensation Plan for sworn police officers adopted by Resolution
024321 is amended to extend the current renewal term of the agreements.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the
Amendment to Service Provider and Custodial Agreements to extend the current
renewal term of the agreements.
