RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO SUBMIT A
GRANT APPLICATION TO TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
FOR A SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$249,802 TO OPERATE A SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM FOR
SUMMER RECREATION PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS AGES ONE TO
EIGHTEEN YEARS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to submit a grant application
to Texas Department of Agriculture for a summer food program Grant in the amount of
$249,802 to operate a summer food service program for summer recreation program
participants ages one to eighteen years.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
