RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENTS WITH DEL MAR
COLLEGE DISTRICT AND CORPUS CHRISTI INDEPENDENT
SCHOOL DISTRICT TO CONDUCT A JOINT EFFORT FOR LEGAL
SERVICES TO ASSIST WITH REDISTRICTING PROCESS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute Interlocal
Cooperation Agreements with Del Mar College District and Corpus Christi Independent
School District to conduct a joint effort for legal services to assist with Redistricting
process. A copy of the agreements are on file in office of the City Secretary. The City
Manager may approve minor amendments which do not change the purpose of the
agreements.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
