3. Plans and specifications be approved and bids be received on August
11, 1982 for Phase I of the Wooldridge - Staples Drainage Outfall. The
project provides for the construction of a new culvert crossing at
Airline Road and the construction of a pilot drainage channel down-
stream of Airline Road to the approximate location of the Brandywine
Subdivision.
