AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT A
GRANT OF $300,000 FROM THE U. S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR THE 2010 HOME PROGRAM AND
TO EXECUTE ALL RELATED AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR
THE NUECES COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to accept a grant of
$300,000 from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the 2010
HOME Program and to execute all related and necessary documents for the Nueces
County Community Action Agency project.
