12. Authorizing the City Manager to submit an application for financial
assistance from the State of Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, for
aid in reimbursement to Nueces County for maintenance services
provided on the City of Corpus Christi public beach at Padre Island,
certifying the eligibility of the City of Corpus Christi to receive
financial assistance, designating the City Manager as responsible
officer and designating the Finance Director as fiscal officer.
