grant application to the Texas General Land Office's Coastal
Management Program, in the amount of $31,599.24 for development
of a master site plan for Dolphin Park, located on the central portion
of Corpus Christi Beach, with a City in-kind match of $21,066.16, and
a total project costs of $52,665.40.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi,
Texas:
Section 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to submit a grant application
to the Texas General Land Office's Coastal Management Program in the amount of
$31,599.24 for development of a master site plan for Dolphin Park, located on the
central portion of Corpus Christi Beach . The City match for this grant is an in-kind
services match of $21,066.16, and a total project costs of $52,665.40.
Section 2. The City Manager, or designee, may accept, reject, agree to alter the terms
and conditions, or terminate the grant, if the grant is awarded to the City.
