Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the Corpus Christi Regional
Transportation Authority for information technology system
management assistance with reimbursement of City's costs, and
ratifying effective date of August 1, 2011.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an interlocal
cooperation agreement with Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority for
Information Technology System management assistance, with reimbursement of City's
costs, and ratifying effective date of August 1, 2011. A copy of the agreement will be on
file in the City Secretary's office.
