RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION FOR AN ADVANCE FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR
VOLUNTARY LOCAL GOVERNMENT CONTRIBUTIONS TO
TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE PARK
ROAD 22 BRIDGE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for an Advance Funding
Agreement for Voluntary Local Government Contributions to Transportation
Improvement Projects for the Park Road 22 Bridge.
