BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council ratifies acceptance by the City Manager, or his
designee, of a grant from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for
the 2010 Community Development Block Grant Program in the amount of $175,828 and
authorizes the execution of all documents necessary for the Avance, Inc., project.
