MOTIONS - 7/21/82
The Oso Municipal Golf Course Irrigation System project be accepted
and final payment of $101,808.90 be made to Sprinkler King of Texas,
Inc. It is further recommended that an 11 day time extension be
granted the contractor to supplement the 90 day allotted working time.
Through no fault of the contractor, he received defective PVC fittings
which he had to replace in substantial numbers. The total cost of
this project which provided for the installation of an automatic
irrigation system on all 18 holes on the Oso Golf Course is
$210,780.00.
