grant of $440,354 from the Texas Department of State Health
Services to provide for the Women, Infants, and Children Program,
based on a $12.34 reimbursement for each participant served, and to
execute all related documents; and ratifying acceptance of the grant
to begin as of October 1, 2011.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to accept a grant of
$440,354 from the Texas Department of State Health Services to provide for the
Women, Infants, and Children Program, based on a $12.34 reimbursement for each
participant served, and to execute all related documents. Additionally, the City Council
ratifies acceptance of the grant to begin as of October 1, 2011.
