10. A blanket waterline easement at the old Greenwood Incinerator site be
released in order to clear the title in favor of LULAC so that the HUD
loan for the scheduled housing project may be closed. The Water
Division reports that no waterlines are located in the premises except
in the utility easements dedicated by plat.
