city of Portland for the disposal of household hazardous waste at the
J. C. Elliott Transfer Station for an initial term of one year, with up to
19 additional one-year renewal periods; and authorizing execution of
the agreement by the City Manager or designee.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. An interlocal cooperation agreement with the city of Portland, Texas, is
approved for an initial one-year term and up to 19 additional one-year renewal periods.
Furthermore, the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the agreement.
