Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas that:
SECTION 1. That $9,980 from contributions in settlement of an enforcement
action brought about by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is
appropriated in the No. 1067 Parks and Recreation Grants fund for land
acquisition for the Oso Bay Learning Center and Wetland Preserve.
