Ordinance amending the FY 2012 Capital Improvement Budget
adopted by Ordinance No. 029135 by adding Project #E11090
Bayfront Seawall Maintenance Repair Project; increasing
expenditures in the amount of $150,894.00; and declaring an
emergency.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
Section 1. The FY 2012 Capital Improvement Budget adopted by Ordinance No.
029135 is amended to add Project #E11090 Bayfront Seawall Maintenance Repair
Project.
Section 2. The FY 2012 Capital Improvement Budget adopted by Ordinance No.
029135 is amended to increase expenditures in the amount of $150,894.00.
Section 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five council members, copy
attached, the City Council finds and declares an emergency due to the need for
immediate action necessary for the efficient and effective administration of City affairs
and suspends the Charter rule that requires consideration of and voting upon
ordinances at two regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take
effect upon first reading as an emergency this the 1C41N. day of April, 2012.

at the present meeting of the City Council.
