Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to sign and submit
documentation of Eminent Domain Authority to the Texas Comptroller of
Public Accounts detailing the City's legal authority to exercise its power of
eminent domain, as required by Chapter 2206, Subchapter C, Texas
Government Code (added by Senate Bill 18, 82nd Regular Session).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to sign and submit
documentation of Eminent Domain Authority to the Texas Comptroller of Public
Accounts detailing the City's legal authority to exercise its power of eminent domain, as
required by Chapter 2206, Subchapter C, Texas Government Code (added by Senate
Bill 18, 82nd Regular Session).
