Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to accept a
FY2012-2013 Biennium Rider 8 Grant from the Texas Commission on
Environmental Quality in the amount of $442,300.00 for Air Quality
Planning; authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute
Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with
North Texas University in the amount of $70,000.00 to extend the
term of the Agreement through August 31, 2012 for Air Quality
Monitoring and Modeling; authorizing the City Manager or designee
to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Cooperation
Agreement with Texas A & M. University in the amount of $70,000.00
to extend the term of the Agreement through August 31, 2012 for the
Pollution Partnership Alliance (Air Quality).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to accept a FY2012-2013
Biennium Rider 8 Grant from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality in the
amount of $442,300.00 for Air Quality Planning.
SECTION 2. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute Amendment No. 1
to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with North Texas University in the amount of
$70,000.00 to extend the term of the Agreement through August 31, 2012 for Air Quality
Monitoring and Modeling.
SECTION 3. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute Amendment No. 1
to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Texas A & M University in the amount of
$70,000.00 to extend the term of the Agreement through August 31, 2012 for the
Pollution Partnership Alliance (Air Quality).
