Ordinance No. 029155, regarding the number of police officer
positions budgeted, reducing the number of Police Commanders
from five to four, and increasing the number of Assistant Police
Chiefs from two to three; and providing an effective date.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1. That the FY 2011-2012 Operating Budget adopted by Ordinance No.
029155 is changed, regarding the number of police officer positions budgeted, reducing
the number of Police Commanders from five to four, and increasing the number of
Assistant Police Chiefs from two to three.
Section 2. This ordinance takes effect the day following final City Council approval.
