Ordinance amending the FY 2012 Capital Improvement Budget
adopted by Ordinance No. 029135 to add Project No. E12016
American Bank Center Loading Dock; increasing expenditures in
the amount of $75,000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
Section 1. The FY 2012 Capital Improvement Budget adopted by Ordinance No.
029135 is amended to add Project No. E12016 American Bank Center Loading Dock
Project.
Section 2. The FY 2012 Capital Improvement Budget adopted by Ordinance No.
029135 is amended to increase expenditures in the amount of $75,000.
