Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute
Interlocal Agreement between the City of Corpus Christi and
Nueces County to establish terms for the sharing of the Edward
Byrne Memorial Justice Grant (JAG) Program FY 2012 Local
Solicitation.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, that:
Section 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement between the City of Corpus Christi and Nueces County to establish terms for
the sharing of the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Grant (JAG) Program FY 2012 Local
Solicitation.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
