Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all
documents to accept a $15,000 grant awarded by Scotts Miracle -
Gro and the United States Conference of Mayors for the
construction of the Lindale Park Community Garden.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, that:
Section 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents to
accept a $15,000 grant awarded by Scotts Miracle -Gro and the United States
Conference of Mayors for the construction of the Lindale Park Community Garden.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
