Construction of MALSR Light Stations in S.H. 44 right-of-way and Lowering
Lights and Signage below the RWY 17 approach surface for the Corpus
Christi International Airport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute a Multiple Use
Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) for the Construction
of MALSR Light Stations in S.H. 44 right-of-way and Lowering Lights and Signage
below the RWY 17 approach surface for the Corpus Christi International Airport.
