NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute a Provisionally
Accredited Levee (PAL) Agreement, and all related documents, with the Federal
Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for Scenario Al: Levee not in Federal System
for the Corpus Christi Flood Protection System.
