grant amendment in the amount of $7,047 from the Texas
Department of State Health Services for the Tuberculosis Program
and execute all related documents; and ratifying acceptance of the
grant amendment to be effective March 26, 2012.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept a grant
amendment in the amount of $7,047 from the Texas Department of State Health
Services for the Tuberculosis Program and execute all related documents.
Furthermore, the City Council ratifies acceptance of the grant amendment to be
effective March 26, 2012.
