Resolution authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute
all documents necessary to accept the Summer Food Service
Program Grant in the amount of $250,000 from the Texas Department
of Agriculture to operate a Summer Food Service Program for
summer recreation program participants ages one to eighteen years.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept the Summer Food Service Program Grant in the amount of
$250,000 from the Texas Department of Agriculture to operate a Summer Food Service
Program for summer recreation program participants ages one to eighteen years.
