Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to accept and appropriate in
the Library Grants Fund No. 1068 the following donations for the
following purposes: $8,155.81 from the Neyland Estate for the Neyland
Library; $10,000 from the Fredric W. M. Germaine Estate for purchase of
investment publications; and $450.00 from the American Library
Association for the Vision of the Universe program.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to accept and appropriate
donations described as follows in the Library Grants Fund No. 1068: $8,155.81 from the
Neyland Estate for the Neyland Library; $10,000 from the Fredric W. M. Germaine
Estate for purchase of investment publications; and $450.00 from the American Library
Association for the Vision of the Universe program.
