BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an agreement
with Dr. William Burgin, Jr., to serve as the Local Health Authority for the Corpus Christi-
Nueces County Public Health District.
