MOTIONS - 8/4/82
Approving the preliminary plans, prepared by Needham Smyth and
Associates, Inc., for construction of the Park, Wastewater, and
Heavy Equipment Maintenance Buildings, and authorizing the architect
to proceed with preparation of final plans and specifications. The
buildings will be pre- engineered steel buildings and will be situated
at the Municipal Service Center in the area of Holly Road and Ayers
Street. Funds for the Heavy Equipment Maintenance Building were
approved in 1972 and the 1977 bond election provided funds for the
Park and Wastewater Maintenance Buildings. (See staff memo #5)
