NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an Effluent User
Agreement with the State of Texas Veteran's Land Board to supply effluent for irrigation
of the Coastal Bend Texas State Veteran's Cemetery.
