Supplemental Agreement to the Master Multiple Use Agreement
with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). for the
Billings and Clems Parking Lot Improvements located within State
right-of-way of Park Road 22 adjacent to the John F. Kennedy
Memorial Causeway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute a Supplemental
Agreement to the Master Multiple Use Agreement with the Texas Department of
Transportation (TXDOT), executed on March 2nd, 1979, for the Billings and Clems
Parking Lot Improvements located within State right-of-way of Park Road 22 adjacent to
the John F. Kennedy Memorial Causeway.
