BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY :COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents necessary to
accept a grant from the Texas Ranger Division of the Texas Department of Public Safety in the
amount of $155,000 for the FY2012 Local Border Security Program within the Police
Department.
SECTION 2. That $155,000 is appropriated in the No. 1061 Police Grants Fund.
