necessary to accept disbursements from mineral interests from the
Estate of L. Lloyd Sessions; appropriating distributions in the No.
1069 Museum Grant Fund and authorizing the transfer to the Friends
of the Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History for the benefit
of the Museum.
Now, therefore, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to
accept disbursements from mineral interests from the Estate of L. Lloyd Sessions for
the benefit of the Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History.
Section 2. That said disbursements are to be appropriated in the No. 1069 Museum
Grant Fund, and transferred to the Friends of the Corpus Christi Museum of Science
and History for the benefit of the Museum.
Section 3. That this ordinance takes effect upon final approval of the City Council.
