BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept and appropriate a grant of $22,500 from the Texas Department of
State Health Services in the Health Grants Fund No. 1066 to provide laboratory services for
the analysis of bay water samples.
