Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute 3rd amendment to the
interagency cooperation contract with the Texas Historical Commission which
extends the term of the contract through December 31, 2013 and modifies the
services to be performed
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas
Section 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute 3rd Amendment to the
Interagency Cooperation Contract with the Texas Historical Commission THC which extends the
term of the contract through December 31, 2013 and modifies the services to be performed.
