Resolution approving a service agreement between the Corpus
Christi-Nueces County Public Health District ("Health District") and
the Texas General Land Office to enable the Health District to
provide beach water sampling in Nueces, Aransas, and San Patricio
counties under the Texas Beach Watch Program; and ratifying
approval of the agreement as of September 1, 2012.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1. A service agreement between the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public
Health District ("Health District") and the Texas General Land Office is approved by the
City of Corpus Christi, as a member of the Health District, to enable the Health District
to provide beach water sampling in Nueces, Aransas, and San Patricio counties under
the Texas Beach Watch Program. Additionally, the City Council ratifies approval of the
agreement as of September 1, 2012. A copy of the agreement is on file with the City
Secretary's Office.
